From a Drawing to a Frame

Manufacturing Process

Design & Drawing Finalization

Engineers create detailed 2D/3D technical drawings and CAD models, defining dimensions, materials, tolerances, and structural specifications.

Material Preparation

Based on the drawing, cut to the required lengths, bend to the required shape, miter the tube ends, wash, clean and dry the tubes before welding.

Welding

Components are connected using TIG welding.

Surface Treatment

The frame undergoes grinding, polishing or sandblasting to match the finish specified in the design.

Quality Inspection & Testing

Dimensional accuracy is checked against the original drawing on a precision alignment table to ensure the geometry. The wheel alignment, tire clearance, seatpost fitting, the compatibility of the disc brake, headset and bottom bracket will all be tested.

Final Finishing & Packaging

After passing inspection, accessories (such as screws) are installed, and the completed frame is cleaned, packaged, and prepared for delivery.
