 Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 7 business days after payment is confirmed.  
For customized, made-to-order, or special-order products, processing time may be longer. The estimated processing time for these items will be communicated on the product page or after order confirmation. Please note that custom-built or made-to-order items require additional production time and are not eligible for expedited dispatch.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

 Shipping Destinations
We ship to selected countries and regions worldwide.  
Shipping availability may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier restrictions, and customs regulations.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders to destinations that are unavailable, restricted, or high risk.

 Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping method selected, customs clearance, and local courier performance.

Estimated transit times are for reference only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak seasons, customs inspections, weather disruptions, or other events beyond our control.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

In some cases, we may offer free shipping promotions for selected products, regions, or order values. Any such promotion will be subject to the terms displayed at checkout or on the website.

 Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other related charges may apply depending on the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the customer. If applicable, your order may be shipped under DAP (Delivered at Place), which means import duties and taxes are collected by local customs or the carrier before delivery.

If we explicitly state that an order is shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), then applicable duties and taxes will be included as indicated at checkout.

 Customs Clearance and Delays
International shipments may be subject to customs inspection and clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the estimated delivery time.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, border control, carrier disruptions, or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.

Tracking Information
If tracking is available for your order, tracking details will be provided after shipment.

Please note that tracking updates may be delayed depending on the carrier or destination country.

Failed Delivery, Refused Shipments, and Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal to pay duties or taxes, or refusal to accept the package, we reserve the right to deduct any shipping costs, return costs, customs charges, and handling fees from any refund that may be issued.

For some international shipments, if a package is refused or cannot be delivered, the carrier may abandon or destroy the shipment instead of returning it. In such cases, shipping charges and product value may be non-refundable.

Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, we may ship the items separately depending on stock availability, packaging requirements, or fulfillment location.

 Shipping Restrictions
